Who we are
Human Web Studio is operated by WOYOU AI LLC. These terms apply to website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related services purchased from us.
Project scope and payment
Your checkout and written project confirmation describe the package you purchased. The Simple package is currently $500 for the website build plus $25 per month for Essential Care. Your first checkout includes the build fee and the first monthly care payment; care then renews monthly until cancelled. Additional features, third-party fees, domain registration, or work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote that you approve before work begins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, timely feedback, and any text, images, permissions, or account access needed for the project. You confirm that you have the right to use the materials you supply.
Delivery and revisions
Quoted timelines are estimates and depend on receiving the required materials and feedback. We will identify the included revision scope in the project confirmation. Requests beyond that scope may affect timing and price.
Ownership
After all project fees are paid, you own the final custom website work created specifically for you. Human Web Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable systems, and know-how. Third-party software, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their own licences.
Monthly care and cancellation
Monthly care covers the services shown in your selected plan. You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing support@human-webstudio.com. Send the request before your next renewal. Hosting and care remain available through the paid billing period. We will reasonably assist with a domain or site handoff where the service and third-party licences permit it.
Service limits
We work to keep hosted sites available and secure, but internet services can experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service during the preceding six months. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
